The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna – A Cozy Book for Cold Winter Nights

This book follows the lovable Mika Moon, a YouTube witch by day and an actual witch by night. One day, she’s invited to tutor three young witches in need of guidance, but as soon as she accepts the job, she realizes the task isn’t quite what she signed up for. On top of that, she finds herself intrigued by the gruff and brooding Jamie.

This is a fun, cozy book—perfect for curling up with a cup of tea. The plot is low stakes, so you won’t feel stressed while reading, making it a great comfort read. The story is filled with lovable characters, especially Ian, who brings joy to the book with his antics (which don’t always go as planned).

The one thing that didn’t quite work for me was the pacing of the romance between Mika and Jamie. One moment, they can’t stand each other; the next, they’re drinking together. I wish we had more time to watch them gradually fall in love and develop deeper chemistry.

If you’re looking for a warm, feel-good read, this book will leave you with a cozy, fuzzy feeling. Have you read it? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
